The word 'Parishkaran' means reform, transformation or a journey. In our context, the group finds it apt in being called Parishkaran as it summarizes the vision, mission and the role that we have chosen for ourselves. That is to become a citizen based advocacy group aiming to bring about transformation in the context and the process of governance.
