I am Salman Khan. I work at Balochistan Rural Development Society (BRDS). It is a non-aligned, altruistic and non-partisan organization for rurual development initiatives.

I reckon describing my organization is better than what I may describe about me. Anyways, I am working for last 3 or so years at BRDS. We work at Balochistan level. It is the backward and most deprived Province of Pakistan. BRDS is endeavoring to ameliorate the dire situation around Balochistan. Therefore, it built partnerships with UNICEF, TVO, UNDP, WWF, PPAF, Ministry of Environment, MSF, Relief International and Save the Children. 

BRDS works at grass-roots to ensure participatory approach. It motivated communities to take an active part in development. BRDS also addresses man-made and natural disasters. It already worked in three of most devastating disasters across Balochistan i.e. military intrusion, floods, and earthquake.
